Signing up couldn't be easier. To create an account, navigate to our registration page, enter your email and create a password. After you enter the security information, click the "register" button. You'll be asked what kind of account you wish to create (you can always change the account type later). That's it - you've created your account!

- Do I have to provide a credit card to use the free trial version of ARTsala?
- No, you can create a free account without inputting any billing information. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to try ARTsala risk free. You can try all of the features with up to 10 pieces of art for free. Sign up now!
- Can I change my account?
- Yes, you can upgrade your account at any time by visiting your account profile page and following the account upgrade links.
- Can keep my current website address if I sign up for your website account?
- Yes, you can keep your current website address for your ARTsala website. When you upgrade to an ARTsala website account, we will give you instructions on how to point your current webaddress to your new ARTsala website. All of your clients will have instant access to your new site using the address they already have for you.
- Is the information I enter into ARTsala secure?

We understand your information is important. We make sure your art and client data is safe and secure. In addition to hosting ARTsala on redundant servers to prevent downtime and data loss, we also backup the data in ARTsala daily.
We also protect the privacy of your data (especially important with your personal contact information and client data) by encrypting identification and contact data on our servers. We also provide https:// so that your information is encrypted during transmission to our site.
- How do I cancel or downgrade my account?
- Simply visit your account profile page to upgrade or downgrade your account. Changes take effect immediately, but it may take up to 24 hours for our billing system to register your change.
- What happens to my art, clients, and galleries when I cancel or downgrade my account?
- If you downgrade from a paid account, your information remains available on ARTsala and is available to you again once you restart your account. If you downgrade to the free account, you will not be able to add any additional art, or view more than 10 pieces, until you upgrade your account again.
