I like to paint people especially women, but more so lately, men, but it all depends on my feeling at the time. I had an idea so started on “2 Men in top hats” the idea that one man was sort of bullying the other but the man smoking the cigar was taking no notice which was making the other more angry, you don’t know what they are arguing over, but its bound to be woman or money. It has many layers using a palette knife that you can see better in real life. I want you to look at my work and understand the meanings behind, it although I understand people will have different feelings therefore different understandings. It’s not like looking at a movie where the meaning is spelt out for you, you have to look carefully for it, It’s a little darker then I’ve painted lately but I like, it has a sort of haunting feel about it Thank you for visiting my gallery and I really hope you will find something that you will enjoy for a long time to come.
