A beautiful large simplistic but unique and elegant oil painting in strong red, black and a soft white colour, I wanted a simple black background I wanted the lady to stand out looking as if in a pose but I wanted her to look stunning, sophisticated and breathtaking,I think she is all of that. I love the beauty, the feeling, the glow she generates, I tried to capture that glow with every brush or knife stroke but above all I wanted “Oriental lady in a red hat and dress” to look comfortable with lots of pleasing curves, but above all at ease with herself.
